How do you get inspired to write?

Oliver E. Cadam By observing human nature in the real world. There is a well worn phrase in media circles which says, "you couldn't make it up". While there are many well meaning, kind and good natured people in society, unfortunately there are many many more selfish, unscrupulous and untrustworthy creatures out there, off the leash. You don't need much imagination, and you really don't need to 'make it up', just watch real events and then blend and adapt them into a fictional context. There is nothing as reliable as the unreliability of human nature.
