I always struggle for names, especially when it comes to peripheral characters, or people who will only appear in one scene.
I have a really large mailing list and - sometimes - I'll scroll down the "First Name" column and pick one; then scroll down the "Last Name" column and choose one from someone else.
Therefore, some characters are named after two fans...

Hi Kerry, this isn't so much a question but a statement! I discovered your books last year and was delighted that I had so many to read. I absolutely adore your books - your writing style is so easy to read. How do you come up with the plots?
