Do authors have any say-so in who narrates their books? Because, I have to tell ya', the person narrating Minutes to kill sucks. If you don't have any say then that's too bad.

I have read the Bree Taggert series and now I am reading the "She Can..." series. Is there any order to read your series in? Should I read Morgan Dane before Scarlet Falls? I just happend to come upon the Bree Taggert series first so not sure where to go from the "She Can..." series.
