I wish I had a good answer to this. I've had years in which I couldn't write. I suppose I'm fortunate that I make my living as a priest so I don't have to write. But I did miss the creativity when it happened. Writing a journal helped, it meant I was still producing words which I knew weren't ever going to be seen.
