Hi! I was just wondering, in The Ascendance Trilogy, what do the different accents sound like? Are they kind of like British accents, or American accents, or something different entirely? (Btw, by different accents I mean the accents of the different countries - Avenia, Carthya, etc)

Hi Daphne! For accents - and this is only in my head, of course - the Carthyan accent would be closest to a British accent. Avenia would be similar to Prince Caspian's on the second Narnia movie.

Do you have any book recommendations, or are there any books that you come back to again and again? Also, do you have any tips for writing inside the fantasy genre? Thanks so much!
