Are the Last Apprentice books some what based on the Pendle Witch trials or the Pendle Witches? Thank you Mr. Delaney for writing such wonderful books for us to read. I really love them all and looking forward to more.

I used to walk in the Pendle area when I was young and am inspired by the landscape and mythology. I did research Pendle witch trials for Battle but my witches are fantasy creations rather than being based on history.

Hi Mr Delaney I was reading some questions that you have answered about another arena 13 book and some say that there are only three in the series while another says that you have an idea about one waiting to be written called the djinn war. I was just wondering if you had started writing anything and if there will be another book?
