Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kurt Bennett I was working as a Battalion Chief for a fire department and doing reasonably well when my health took a turn for the worse. I had zero energy to do what's required of a leader. So I desperately dug for information, for anything and everything that might help me to do the job of leading the firefighters I was responsible for. The book is an accumulation of what I learned, in the form of a parable.
