Is it better to listen to this as an audiobook? I'm finding this to be quite a slow read and perhaps it would help to listen to it instead.

I think if I was trying to read it I'd get fed up and abandon it but there's a YouTube version read by the author and her voice is quite soothing. I listen to different parts of it as I'm laying in bed. It's relaxing and I find that the repetition of the stories helps me to understand and remember it more. So the audiobook works for me 🙂(less)
