Randy Kay I've developed training for several Fortune 50 companies, been a CEO, and coached executives around the world - and I've taught courses on almost every topic related to success, leadership, motivation, and communication - so I wanted to share all of my learnings with others to help them succeed. Also, my strategic and developing firm does research on human development all of the time, so we have a pretty good handle on what's most important and relevant today for people who want to succeed.
