Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Randy Kay My most recent book is to be published early next year - PACEsetters, based on over 30 years of research on the characteristics of high achievers who have high satisfaction in life, and who help others succeed; in other words, leaders with character.

My most recent published book is Daily Keys to Success, which offers daily success factors - 366 separate topics in all. The idea came from a perceived need to give readers interested in developing their success an easy and condensed reading of proven success factors - something the reader can enjoy and snippets that don't take a lot of time.
