I guess that really depends on your level of "inappropriateness". There are no sexual scenes, but there are two moments (I think) where America and Aspen are intimate (a little thigh groping, hand sliding over the breast, neck kisses, and actually saying the word sex, as in "its against the law for people to have sex before they're married" etc.) though Cass words it a little more delicately than I did. There are also expressed intentions of America and Aspen wanting to go further, but again, no one actually has sex in the novel.
