I know for sure that Frank is my least favorite character by far. Each character shined at different parts. Piper brought the serenity and peace while Hazel complemented that with her silent but deadly will. Leo and Annabeth brought the brains to the team. Leo grew as a character he had no fear like he has had in the previous books. Percy and Jason enhanced the masculine presence on the ship obviously due to them being the children of the two most powerful Gods. (less)
