From my standpoint, the series…moreSorry I know it's sacrilege, but after 2 tries I decided just to skip Crows and Dragons and just follow the HBO series. From my standpoint, the series is extraordinarily well done and mostly faithful to the books. One word of caution about that though. Unlike the books, the TV series mixes in chronologies from Dragons and Crows, so you can't just start on Season 4 then read Dance of Dragons. The TV series tells both stories together.(less)
