From the handful of reviews I've seen a trend ....If you're a left winger it sucked, and if you're a right winger than it's okay..... way to stay objective and not read within the context of your own political tendencies.... sheeeeeeshhhhh. There is character development of the spies and there are numerous examples of valid espionage tactics. The military responses are well written and believe it or not come with better justification than the real world usually allows.

From a political point of view, it's a book. let it go. It is NOT the Constitution. Stop trying to be an armchair activist, untwist your panties and stop having opinions about things of which you have no comprehension.

You are not that important, and neither is your viewpoint. Neither is mine for that matter. it's called entertainment.

Don't buy it if it bothers you. Reading some of these obviously liberal opinions of a conservative book that was not written with their feelings in mind is like conservatives getting upset that half of Anne Rice's characters are gay or bisexual. Don't buy what you don't like. I didn't like the Rocky Horror Picture show. I also didn't go online to complain about it. Grow up you silly bunch of whiny narcists. Just grow up.(less)
