Juliet Marillier:
Dear Juliet, I am almost finished the 3rd book in the Bridei Trilogy and I think it is obvious that there is another story to tell. What happens to Ana and Drustan? They couldn't have lived happily ever after with so much to conquer when they went to Dunstan's home in the Catt lands.

Hi Laureen. You'll find a general answer to the question about more books in the Bridei Chronicles on my website here:

I agree there are many threads of the story that would be good to follow up. My original plans for the series included a significant role for the older Ferada, and of course more about Bridei himself as his real life included some very significant events a bit later. I'd also love to follow up Ana and Drustan - the planned later books included a story about their children. Who knows, some day this may all come to fruition!
all the best, Juliet

Hello! I'm sure you are probably asked this quite a bit. Do you think you will ever write another Sevenwaters novel? I am absolutely in love with the entire series! Daughter of the Forest was given to me as a Christmas present several years ago, and since then I have shared the book with family, friends, and even a couple of teachers! Thank you for your time!

Your books are some of my favourites due to the blend of folklore and mythology. I'm doing the Book Riot Read Harder Challenge 2019 and am hoping you could recommend some of your favourite folklore and mythology books to stretch my reading in that category? Thanks in advance.

Hi Juliet! First of all wanted to congratulate you for the great job you did with the saga of Sevenwaters, the way in which both Sorcha as Liadan (because I haven't read the Child of the Prophecy) detail every part, is incredible. They are two of the best books I read so far, I am amazed with this books! (and I love them). I send you a big hug from Argentina :) -13 years old ?
