Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Dean Hamilton Reading a biography of William Shakespeare. I ran across some minor points of history, biographical deductions about his family life and his likely upbringing that intrigued and brought additional questions to mind. These meshed and coiled about, mixing with some historical facts, thoughts, conclusions and what-ifs and out of that was born the tale of an ex-soldier turned play-actor and an eleven-year old Will entangled in a deadly conspiracy.
