This answer contains spoilers… (view spoiler)[I had to read the ending twice to really grasp it. The morning June wakes up at the house after getting drunk and having sex with Sebastian, Delia and Ashling go on a couple "errands". later we find out these errands included Delia and Ashling tampering with Jeremiah's car which lead to his death in order to protect June from his suspicions that she killed Delia, and I think also during this time Ashling wrote the fake suicide note for William forging his handwriting. Evan, Sebastian and Ashling knew the goal was to kill William and they also knew June didn't know the truth. Sebastian almost told June the truth when she was eating pancakes that morning but was interrupted by Evan coming into the room. As far as the rape goes I believe we are to assume Delia lied about this. When William was dying he and Delia looked June in the face and she thought to herself she knew without a doubt who was lying and she left the room and then was so bothered by what happened she couldn't look at Delia or be around her. June hated her house more than any other place but at that moment after William died she would rather be at her house than around Delia and the others. June wanted to see the best in Delia so she went back to the house at 5 am for answers about Jeremiah and William even though she already knew the truth, she needed Delia to either admit it or deny it to her face. Delia was obsessed with June from the moment she laid eyes on her. She trapped June into this moment at the end. June had literally no choice except to go with Delia and the others. They all decided June needed to leave with them without talking to June about it. Delia thought for sure June came back because she WANTED to stay with Delia and run away with them leaving everything behind. When Delia realized June was not wanting to go with her she revealed the gun she stole from Tig. She admits to originally stealing it to kill herself with but now she is using it to threaten June. She is telling June she has two choices, June can leave with Delia and the rest and fake a suicide like the others, or Delia will kill her because Delia will not allow June to leave her ever again. June is very weak, scared, and fragile and throughout the book she will do whatever Delia wants or asks with no second thought. Because of this and due to the obviously fake suicide note I believe June allowed herself to be manipulated into running away with Delia, Evan, Sebastian, and Ashling. Delia did not kill her, but helped fake her suicide so that they could all be on the run again forever. Delia needed June because of her dark obsession, Evan wanted her to go with them because of her witnessing the murder and knowing too much about everyone's situations and identities, Ashling was jealous of June and really didn't want her to be there but loved Delia too much to say so, and Sebastian I think was the only one who truly cared about June and genuinely felt regret that she was forced into this life with them (hide spoiler)]

Hello, I also read Suicide Notes from beautiful girls, and I realize that the ending is not exactly clear, but I believe that June's suicide note at the end of the novel is a fake. I think that when Delia asked June to stay with her she agreed, and the author just didn't write about it. To me it seems like they may have written the note together, and then left it somewhere where Junes friends/and family would possibly find it. As if to say that June is killing herself because she cant bear living without Delia. And in reality she just created the note in order to escape with her best friend.
