Hello, I also read Suicide Notes from beautiful girls, and I realize that the ending is not exactly clear, but I believe that June's suicide note at the end of the novel is a fake. I think that when Delia asked June to stay with her she agreed, and the author just didn't write about it. To me it seems like they may have written the note together, and then left it somewhere where Junes friends/and family would possibly find it. As if to say that June is killing herself because she cant bear living without Delia. And in reality she just created the note in order to escape with her best friend.

I hope this wasn't confusing. I apologize if I made any mistakes, I'm new to this website. (:
