How do you deal with writer’s block?

Aaron Rocheleau I find that when I get writer's block, it has to do with some kind of plot hole I'm trying to avoid. I'll review an outline of what I have planned up ahead and figure out what absolutely has to happen, and what could potentially be changed to avoid the hole. Thinking outside the box I made for myself resolves the problem, and often results in an interesting situation that makes the story even better.
