Sorry! I just now saw this question! I get a lot of inspiration from things that go on in the world, conversations with interesting people, books that I read. I think being engaged in life and following those things that light you up regardless of what other people think - or even if it feels like a "waste" of time - all go into enriching that well of inspiration.
