Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Matthew O. Duncan Originally I had planned to write The Warrior’s Stone as a screenplay, but the idea was not fleshed out enough to outline, so I decided to write it as a short story first. What I discovered while writing were characters that I fell in love with and a story that needed the full scope of a novel. I was so thrilled with how it came out that I’ve been inspired to continue creating stories within the same universe.
