I have always felt if you really love doing something, the enjoyment of it practically galvanizes the needed inspiration; there ends up being little need to consciously conjure inspiration because it's already there. It's when you attempt to do something you don't enjoy that inspiration is often stubbornly elusive. I love to write; therefore, I am always inspired.
