Can anyone tell me why the title of the book changed from The Seamstress to The Time In Between? (or visa versa, I'm not sure which title is the original one).

Here in England, the original home of the English language generally used today, "Seamstress" can also be correctly termed as "Dressmaker". The original title in Spanish more closely translates as "The Seamstress" (the English version) rather than the American version of "The Time Between", a title which has me totally confused. But by whatever title I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. If I'm to be totally honest, my enjoyment could be related to some familiarity with both Spain and Morocco ?(less)
