Just read The Last Bookaneer. Thank you for the great read! It seems to me that the literary subject for your next book is always hinted at in the books that come before. With your frequent mention of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein in The Bookaneer, may we expect your next literary mystery novel to center on her novel?

Craig, with apologies for the delay in answering. Thank you so much for your kind comment, that means so much that you enjoyed The Last Bookaneer. You know, I don't have any specific Mary Shelley project in mind, but I did becoming increasingly interested, so you never know, I guess!

I just finished listening to the audiobook of The Last Bookaneer and it was an absolute delight! I most enjoyed the distinctive personalities of the bookaneers, especially Kitten. Do you have any plans to center a future novel around a unique female protagonist such as her?

I was just looking at my copy of Robinson Crusoe, which doesn't have a date of publication....the dedication, Puzzle Prize Mary A. Galivan 1884, so pretty old.....I was wondering about bookaneers, did they only pirate books before they were published anywhere? I know I saw you at Porter Square and you had a pirated edition of a book, I can't remember how you can tell the difference! Can I have a refresher course?
