Let me congratulate you on the novel Departure. Love it! The concept of this book was simply formidable. It mixes a lot of great topics for those who love sci-fi like I do, ranging from time travel, to conspiracy and also giving room for great life questions such as 2nd chance at life. You've mentioned somewhere that you are writing a thriller, so my question is will it be based on real events? Thanks!
A.G. Riddle
Thanks, André! My next novel will be based on real history and science, and I hope it will have the same sort of impact as Departure--encouraging readers to reflect and examine the world around them. But most importantly, I hope folks will enjoy it.
Thanks for the question.

I found you by doing a search for books about the hunt for a real Atlantis, after viewing a special on Nova. Some of my favorite parts are the historical facts. Can you recommend any non fiction that you used in your research into human origins ? It is so fascinating to me that 40,000 years ago humans shared the planet with at least 4 other species of humans. I will continue to read and recommend your books. Thanks!

Hello. I just finished your book, "The Atlantis Gene". It's amazing, really well written and fast paced. And it has become one of my favourites, mainly because of the myth you picked to tell this story, Atlantis (one of my favourites of Ancient History). However I have two questions: one, why choose this myth in particular?; two: why choose Autism for the research Kate is developing? Thank you in advance.

I finally received the third book in your series. My whole public library system did not carry your books, until I (and I am sure others) requested that they purchase your books. Now they have many copies of all your books. Two of my favorite characters are the two little boys. Where did you get the inspiration for the two little math whizzes that are autistic? I'm a fan and will read any future fiction from you.
