How do you deal with writer’s block?

Lisa M. Prysock I think about writing fun, unusual scenes in my writing. Sometimes, when I'm stuck, I pray through it for an idea or I'll have an emergency plotting discussion with my husband. He's very supportive and often surprises me with his flow of ideas. I also keep notebooks where I jot down ideas for book plots and ideas. I'm trying to get better at keeping ideas all in one place. For some reason, that's really hard for me. If I could stop misplacing these notes among the piles of notebooks on my desk...
