Hi, John! It sounds like you're enjoying the Guadel Chronicles books, which is always good to hear.
For almost two decades I've had an epic fantasy series in the back of my mind that I've been writing, but I knew starting out that I wasn't a good enough writer to do the idea justice, so I started out by writing a smaller series set in the same world about a group of people who would eventually get pulled into the main narrative.
I'm considering writing a prequel to the Guadel Chronicles--a book about the Exodus--but even if that doesn't happen, I plan on writing that original epic fantasy series, and Jain, Va'del and the rest will show up in that series--although maybe not quite in the way people are expecting.

Hello Dean. I wanted to ask you one important question I've been meaning to ask you. Do we get to find out what happened to Lucy after she was visited by Imastious? (I thought he might turn her out of spite). And does Geoffrey finally remember who Lucy is and what she means to him. I was heartbroken when I saw the ending to A Darkness Mirrored. Cliffhanger and a half! Zahra.

Hello Dean. I'm a huge fan of your work, specifically the Reflections and Dark Reflections series. I have read a lot of books that have kept me interested, but I wasn't able to put down your series. I took them everywhere. From the coffee shop to the bathroom lol. Will you be writing more books for the Reflections and Dark Reflections series? Please tell me it won't be ending anytime soon. I can't bear that. Zahra
