Be gentle with yourself!
I still don't feel confident in my abilities! It does not matter how many books I write or how well they've done: I have never written the book I am working on now. Each book is its own dragon.
Artists must learn to plunge into the process of creation and damn the consequences. The fears and worries will always be there, but you eventually learn how to work despite their presence, instead of wishing they would go away.
You can do this. Just keep writing!

A friend's daughter appeared in a stage version of your book Fever 1793 several years ago. My husband is a drama teacher. I help him out looking for plays for him and his classes to read, use for monologue, ensemble scenes or to produce the whole play. Do you know if that play script version is with a publisher like Samuel French or if you just gave rights for their own in house production where it wasn't published?
