How do you deal with writer’s block?

Dave Birchbauer I sit in long and boring meetings at work. It sounds funny, but some of my best idea's have come to me then. When they do I start writing like crazy in my notebook.... my boss thinks I'm taking notes about all the wonderful things he's saying. It's a win-win.

I've started a new job since then so maybe I can return to my old place of work and sit in on some of those meeting again.

I guess it comes down to the harder I try, the less creative I am.
