Goodreads asked Erica Spindler:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Erica Spindler Thankfully I've never suffered from major writer's block. My writer's block usually comes in the form of not knowing what comes next. I do a couple different things to move forward. Take a little time off, garden, see a movie or go for coffee. It gives my right brain some time to work on the problem. Another solution for me has been reread previous chapters--often that refreshes the story for me so I can move forward. Another tactic that's worked is changing the point of view of the scene. Sometimes it's the right scene being told by the wrong character. Hope this helps!
