I love the Otherworld series and would like to just get them as a boxed set, but haven't found them like that yet. Do you know if there are plans to do a boxed set of them?

Kelley Armstrong Canada did omnibuses for books 1&2 and 3&4 with short fiction included, but I don't know that they plan to continue that, and there aren't any plans anywhere for a full boxed set. Sorry!

I looked up the chronological list on your website, but it said that it wasn't for new readers. I was just wondering is I should read them in publication or chronological order? And if so with the publication order, do you know where I can find a complete list for all the books?
