I'm already dying for Book 3. How's that coming? 4 months is TOTALLY enough time to write a masterpiece similar to the previous two, right? Guess I'll just have to wait! Don't pull a GRRM on us! :D

Brian Staveley It's coming along well! I'm just finishing the major revisions to the manuscript now. Should be able to send it off to the copyeditor by the end of the month. That said, it'll hit shelves around March '16. I'm hoping to write some short fiction through the rest of this year to tide you all over...

When I was young my teacher told me that I was good at writing and that I should do more of it. In my practice I always found myself blocked by one problem and still do today: Defining the different natures of the characters. What they're going to say, how they're going to act or react to a certain situation doesn't seem to flow naturally. How do you do it? and Thank you above all for your amazing work.
