Kamryn Quackenbush
Kamryn Quackenbush asked Miranda Kenneally:

Do you ever think about splitting up characters you have coupled in future books? I think I would die if you did, these couples just mean so much to me, and i'm sure all your readers!

Miranda Kenneally I am a big fan of writing in (and reading) the romance genre, and one of the most important things about the genre is that you leave the reader with the hope the couple will have a happily ever after. I know it's not likely that many high school couples will stay together, and personally, I think people should date lots and lots before settling down, but since I'm writing romance I want to leave my readers with the feeling my characters will stay together. And to be honest, all my characters are very happy, secure with themselves, and with their significant other, and I think that's what you need to have a successful, solid relationship.
Thanks for your question, Kamryn!
