Kyleigh I wasn't sure when I started reading if it was going to be, since the first case had such a personal connection to Cassie and I wasn't sure Barnes wou…moreI wasn't sure when I started reading if it was going to be, since the first case had such a personal connection to Cassie and I wasn't sure Barnes would be able to follow that up with something that would wow me yet again. But I have to admit that she did. While the first book had the big reveal at the end, this one kind of revealed stuff along the way (sorry, I'm trying not to give stuff away). So naturally (haha) the second book didn't have the same effect, but the tension was REAL. Loved them both(less)
