"The Prince" and "The Raven" mark a new series for me. But in terms of sequence, they continue The Gabriel Series. You'll see Gabriel and Julia (and other characters) and see what they're doing after "Gabriel's Redemption." For example, Gabriel's Botticelli illustrations play an important role in the new series and so the two series are connected.
However, readers don't have to read The Gabriel Series before "The Prince" and "The Raven." They're written so new readers can pick them up and enjoy them.
