While I enjoyed parts of Wolves, honestly -- if I weren't a fast reader, I probably wouldn't have finished them. The Raven Cycle has far better character development, and Stiefvater's excellent turn of phrase, which occasionally shone through in the Wolves books, is evident throughout. Eagerly awaiting Raven King, actually rereading the first three books now, a rarity for me.(less)
