I didn't care for Shiver that much. But this sounds Interesting. If I didn't care for Shiver is there any chance this book is better? I'm looking for a book with strong characters. Thanks. ;3

The characters are better developed and plots are more complex. Ms Stiefvater is growing as an author. Also highly recommended is The Scorpio Races, which is a stand alone book, if you don't want to get involved in a series.(less)
