Twelve year olds know so much more now about these topics than years before. And yet we still don't talk about it with them. I think this book is a good way to approach those topics. It does have mature themes, but they aren't graphic. And its REAL. That's what I loved about this book. Kids today deal with these things and for them to be able to read about it is a great thing.
