OMG!! I bought your book wanting to kill time but I got caught up in the flow! You've crafted a masterpiece! Haven't enjoyed a book so much since Way of Kings! Is there a connection between Caeden and Malshash? Are Dav and Caeden the main characters? What is a Doken(?) is it like a sort of dream space? Any spoilers from book 2 your willing to divulge ?? ;)

Thank-you! To answer your second question, I'd probably describe the four POV characters - Davian, Caeden, Asha and Wirr - as the 'main' characters, which will be the case for book 2 as well. I know a lot of epic fantasy series have a tendency to branch off and follow other characters in sequels, but I generally prefer it when a story stays focused and follows the ones I'm already invested in, so that's what I'll be aiming to do for this trilogy.
Other than that, I don't really want to give anything away but you'll definitely get some answers in book 2. :) Cheers for the message!

Soft Spoilers for: Will of the Many-
In the blurb of the Strength of the few, you mention there being three realms. We probably missed it, but my friends and I only caught evidence for two. Is there evidence we are missing in book 1 of all three realms? Not looking for spoilers, but want to have something i’m looking for when I re-read Will of the Many.

The internal voice of Vis is very analytical and rational. He thinks before he acts, has clear, logical reasons for what he does. I feel like almost every character in the book does this. Was that a concious decision, did you spend extra time on developing this side of the book? It makes the characters extremely realistic and enjoyable to read. BTW, I just finished my 8th re-read of the novel.

I have read all of your books and they’re all favourites of mine! I love the way you present and combine the magic systems, the lore and ideologies of your worlds, not to mention the political intrigues! Looking forward to The Strength of the Few, and just a curiosity of mine. In my native language Vis means “dream”; did you give this name to Diago on purpose as to reflect his otherness to the world he’s infiltrating?
