We are driven, we are ostracized, we are shunned as weirdos and as being unfriendly, we often find ourselves in dangerous situations because of our uncontrollable curiosity ... However. Unlike most folks, we get to rid ourselves of the demons that every.single.human.being on the planet has to face at some point in his/her life. As writers, *we* get to kill the Monsters. *We* get to recover from almost anything a human being faces (if we "write it out," that is). *We* are survivors. That's what's best about being a writer.
