Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Katrina Sisowath Serpent Priestess of the Annunaki evolved as a concept after studying Sumerian mythology and the mystery of the Serpent Cult found worldwide. The protagonist is Ninkha (Ninkhursag) who, to the Sumerians, was given the task alongside her husband, Enki, of creating humans to work for the Annunaki. Rather than viewing them as Gods, I've tried to consider what it would have been like for beings that were more powerful and intelligent than us, yet still mortal.
