I had a very hard time writing The Hotter You Burn (the book that follows THE CLOSER YOU COME) I struggled to get a handle on the hero (Beck) and the heroine (Harlow) Took…3 tries, I think it was, but I finally worked it to my satisfaction. And now I want to marry the hero and be the heroine's best friend LOL
Other books that were difficult to write:
The Darkest Touch (heroine is pretty much insane, and hero can't touch anyone without causing worldwide plague, so…yeah)
The Darkest Seduction (I didn't agree with the hero's choice for a love interest)
The Darkest Lie (hero can't speak a word of truth without suffering agonizing pain so I and to come up with Gideon-speak)
