Lots of people have commented on your White Rabbit Chronicles and how, despite their titles, have little in common with the world of Alice in Wonderland. Did you ever plan on making it more similar to those books or did you never want them to be similar?

Gena Showalter In both books, Alice falls into a strange new world, seems to lose everything, meets friends and enemies alike, there's a pool of tears (literally in his, figuratively in mine) there's mystery -- who to trust, where to go, what to do next -- gruesome deaths (queen of hearts!) possible insanity, tea party/kegger. I took little things from his story and twisted them to become my own. :)
