Who is your favorite character in a book and why?

Nenia Campbell This is SUCH a hard question...

I would have to say "Stargirl" from the eponymous book by Jerry Spinelli. I fell in love with her character when I read the book for the first time in 8th grade. She makes me want to be the unfiltered me, but also a better me, if that makes sense.

All little boys and girls should read Stargirl.
