Do you think the books in your new series will be released once a year?

Michael J. Sullivan At this time we are still working out the details of release dates. What I know so far is Rhune will be coming out in the summer of 2016. Because they are hardcovers with a corresponding paperback release later on, I suspect they will be once a year. If that turns out to be the case, I plan on having other books released between the First Empire books - so for instance a new Riyria Chronicle, Hollow World, or even some new stories up my sleeve will also be coming out. My goal is to have something for you all to read at least once a year - but if I can manage it, I'd like to do two books a year.

What do you think about authors publishing under a pen name or names? For early work, to publish in different genres, or just to create a more marketable name are potential reasons that come to mind.

Hi, Michael! I have seen that most of your books are in paperback, ebook, and audio but that is not the formats I prefer. So I was wondering if your Riyria series will be released in hardcover anytime in the future?? Also, I am stoked for your First Empire series to come out (already pre-ordered) and they are in hardcover which is a plus for me!!!
