Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gail McHugh Alongside 10% fiction thrown in to keep you wondering which parts still haunt me, the idea behind Amber to Ashes sprung to life from my past, pieces of it continuing to kill away at my present.

90% of 'ATA' is real-life experiences I've endured. It's bones are made up from both who I used to be and who I currently struggle with being.

The idea was a quick, but equally painful, to come up with. :)
