I absolutely adored On the Fence! I'm currently reading The Distance Between Us and totally nerded out after realizing that both books take place in the same area with overlapping characters. Will your next contemporary be a companion novel to the previous two as well? Or will it be completely different?

Kasie West :) Thanks! I'm with you, it's always fun when novels overlap. But no, the next contemporary is completely different so there won't be any characters you know. But I'm sure some familiar characters will pop up in some of my future novels. :)

sorry back with another question? what do you think of a true sequal to a book vs "the oprah style" :-). By true sequal I mean continuing with the same characters and by "Opah Style" I mean the current trend where a small character from a book, eg. a friend or friend of a friend, gets their own book, likr Oprah saying "you get a book and you get a book",lol.
