The best thing is that I control what is happening on the page. If I don't like it, it's not happening. If I like it and want to see more of it, then it does. It also allows me to use my imagination for more than daydreaming, but also making the characters come alive. The last point about the best thing with being a writer, is it allows me to have the controversy in my personal life and view it from all sides and not just my own. This has served as a sort of therapy.
