If you're blocked, the story is not compelling enough. If it's really flowing, it will dictate itself to you. Perhaps a good step would be to take a break while you write something else. Alternately, go back, edit what you have, make any changes that jump out at you and then you'll be more ready to continue from where you were blocked.
