Katie McGarry Hi Aisha,

Best advice I can give is to read a lot, write a lot, study the craft of writing, find a critique group and to never give up. A lot of becoming published is persistence.

My favorite craft book is John Truby's Anatomy of Story and I also recommend the on-line classes by Margie Lawson.
