What a question! I suppose the answer would be different for everyone. For me? I'd say the best thing about being a writer is putting in months and months of laboring to create this beautiful piece of work for not just myself, but those around me. I fall in love with my own characters and it's so excited to see them grow from just a tiny glimpse of an idea to a full life story rollercoaster.
